Out of respect for other patients, we require 2 business days to alter any reserved appointment time or a fee may be charged.
As a service to our patients, we will work with your dental insurance plan by processing claims and accepting payment directly from your insurance company. There are a wide variety of dental plans which makes it impossible for us know all the details of every patient’s coverage. Your dental insurance is a contract between you, your employer, and the insurance company. To minimize problems involving insurance, it is in your best interest to understand your plan and keep abreast of any changes. All account balances not covered by insurance are your responsibility. Please remember that treatment plans are set out to best meet your needs, not to necessarily work within the limits of a particular insurance plan. We are pleased to obtain written pre-authorization from your insurance plan prior to starting treatment.
Our fees follow those set out in the BC Dental Association Fee Guide. Payment is due as treatment is rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Interac (Debit).
We welcome new patients and will always make room for your family and friends. Please visit the new patients page to get a head start on filling in the required forms, and to book your appointment.
